Little Helper Charts is a small Australian online business. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Kit settings (your child’s first name, chores, theme and reward). While you build, these stay in your browser. When you buy, they’re stored with your order at our payment processor, Stripe, so your download link keeps working.
• Payment details are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Stripe gives us your email address and country, which we use to send your receipt and your kit link (sent through our email provider, Resend).
• Advertising measurement. We use the Meta Pixel to measure which Facebook and Instagram ads lead to visits and purchases. When you buy, we also tell Meta about the purchase from our server, with your email address in scrambled (hashed) form and your browser’s ad identifiers, so it can match the sale to an ad. Your child’s details are never sent to Meta. You can control ad tracking in your Facebook ad preferences or your browser settings.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your information, send marketing emails you didn’t ask for, or use your child’s details for anything except making your chart.

Who we share it with, and how

We only share information with the services that run the shop, each over encrypted connections: Stripe (payments and storing your order), Resend (sending your kit link by email), Vercel (hosting this website) and Meta (measuring our ads, as described above). We don’t sell or rent your information to anyone.

How we keep it safe

• The whole site runs over HTTPS, so everything you send is encrypted in transit.
• Card payments are handled entirely by Stripe, which is certified to the highest payment-industry security standard (PCI DSS Level 1). Card numbers never reach our servers.
• Your download link only works for a paid order, and it’s checked with Stripe every time it’s used.
• Our access to these services is protected by limited-permission keys and two-factor sign-in.

Deleting your data

Email hello@littlehelpercharts.com and we’ll delete your chart settings from your order. Your download link will stop working after that.
